The Cyclone 573DPi is a new Single/Double Pulse MIG that builds upon the reputation of it's smaller siblings 353DPi. This new generation of welder incorporates many new features and color LCD screens that are more intuitive and easier to setup. The Cyclone 733DPi not only puts out more power, in fact it puts out more power than any MIG in the Everlast Lineup. It has an excellent feature list as well, with powerset function, improved Stick function and an added basic DC TIG function. The revised wire feeder features a large LCD screen with direct control of all MIG functions and processes, whether its standard MIG, Single Pulse, Double Pulse or Flux-cored processes. The main power source controls the Cyclone 573DPi includes both cooler, water-cooled gun and cart as a complete package.

Product Notes:

If using with a generator as power source, the generator must provide clean power. Clean power is considered to be anything 5% or less Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). Also the unit requires at least 28,000 w of peak (surge) watts to operate.

Use with generators with more than 5% THD is prohibited and will void the warrant. Use with generators smaller than 15kw surge watts will void the warranty.

Never run on under sized extension cords.

Power Plug not included due to the unit operating on 240V 1 or 480V 3 phase which utilize different plugs.

For MIG welding Aluminum, use t/he supplied 15 ft water-cooled MIG gun with .047/3/64 wire, U-groove drive rolls and the polymer liner (best choice for shorter distances). For longer required distances, choose between the Parker SG360A, Parker SGP401A, North/Everlast MGP 300 or the North/Everlast MPW400 Push-Pull Guns (Recommended for longer distances) or the Parker DSP 360 Spool Gun (Recommended for small weld quantities with longer required distances longer distances) For Brazing, follow same recommendations for gun selection.
