Pulse MIG technology has come a long way since it's introduction decades ago. Today, the Cyclone 263Pi continues the evolution of Pulse MIG technology with new digitally controlled synergic technology and refined programming engineered for peak performance over a wide variety of applications. Combining speed, flexibility, and control, the resulting high quality weld is a perfect alternative for structural welding applications.  With a true commercial/industrial design the Cyclone 263Pi delivers a duty cycle of 60% @ 275A of MIG welding output, with special settings for Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, Flux-Cored and Gasless Flux-Cored welding. The fully synergic pulse gives maximum control over welding while reducing spatter to almost nothing.  For distance applications in aluminum, the unit is ready to accept both optional spool guns and push pull guns.

Not only is the unit the perfect Pulse MIG welder, the unit is perfect for standard short circuit and spray arc welding applications, with a heavy duty MIG welding gun designed to withstand the heat and duty cycle that this unit is capable of producing.  The Cyclone 263Pi also features advanced stick welding capability with the ability to weld E6010 and most any other welding rod up to 5/32" and 3/16" (depending upon the type) and also also features lift start DC TIG for applications like pipe, construction and commercial steel fabrication.
