PowerCart 301

The new PowerCart 301 is designed to fit current large frame redesigned 2025 model units with three handles (Front / Central / Rear): PowerTIG 400EXT, Hurricane 220 MTS-C, Lightning MTS 225, Lightning MTS 275 with the PowerCool W401 water coolers. This cart also will fit Cyclone 253DPi, Cyclone 263Pi, Cyclone 312i (excluding 312i PRO) to use without water coolers. This cart is designed to be sturdy and firmly hold the nested units together. It's low profile keeps things compact and and improves center of gravity. It's large wheel design easily rolls around most items in the shop. Defects, dirt and other small items in and on the shop floor are easily rolled over if needed thanks to the heavy duty wheel carriage. This design is specifically made for the Everlast large frame redesigned 2025 model units to use it with installed on the units three top handles. This cart will hold one gas cylinder. Support of Seat for external wire feeders is not included.

This cart WILL NOT fit smaller units or large frame (up to late 2024 model) year units with one top central handle. For those model units please see PowerCart 300 where large (up to late 2024 model) year unit is shown as well.
