PowerCart 300

The PowerCart 300 is designed to fit large frame (up to late 2024 model) units with the PowerCool W400 water coolers. These units include the Typhoon 500, PowerTIG 315LX, PowerTIG 350EXT, PowerTIG 400EXT, Hurricane 220 MTS-C and Lightning MTS 225 & MTS 275 with one central handle (please carefuly compare the design of your unit to the one shown on the picture). This cart is designed to be sturdy and firmly hold the nested units together. It's low profile keeps things compact and and improves center of gravity. It's large wheel design easily rolls around most items in the shop. Defects, dirt and other small items in and on the shop floor are easily rolled over if needed thanks to the heavy duty wheel carriage. This design is specifically made for the Everlast large frame units and the top carry handle on the unit is removed to accept the capture bar on top. This cart will hold one gas cylinder. Support of Seat for external wire feeders is not included.

This cart WILL NOT fit smaller units or large redesigned 2025 model year units with three handles (Front / Central / Rear). For 2025 model units please see PowerCart 301 where new large redesigned 2025 model unit is shown as well.
