NOVA Tru-Fab Welding Station

The NOVA 48"X48"X36" Welding Station is a portable welding station with 4 leveling commercial swivel casters that allow the table to be wheeled anywhere in the shop. It can not only carry your welder,tools, and accsories, it also can carry your welding gas cylinders. In fact, the rolling welding station supports up to two welding cylinders and includes safety chains to fasten the cylinders to the table securely. On rear, the station features a two tier shelf with room enough to hold a medium sized welder and a water cooler. The front side of the station features a lockable cabiniet and 4 self closing drawers which can hold your welding equipment, consumables and welding gear. The side features standard peg-style wall which can support related tools and equipment with standard type peg hooks and peg hook accessories.

The heavy-duty blanchard ground table top is 12mm thick (.47") is accurate and flat ( target: <or = to .002 per 24") for general purpose layout and welding and uses standard 5/8" holes on 2"x 2" standard spacing. The surface is nitrided (HV500) to a depth of .2mm and features a black-oxide finish which minimizes reflectivity and helps prevent spatter from sticking. The steel table top is made from Q355 steel (equivalent to ASTM A572 Gr50). The tubing frame adds additional rigidity and strength to the top. The table is rated for a weight up to 2000 lbs.

To get you started, there are two optional NOVA tool kits availble. Of course the 5/8" holes support many other brands table tools and tool kits.
