    why not just buy the miller input cable and plug kit only like a 100 bucks then is safe and looks nice , here is were you can buy cords and plugs http://www.brwelder.com/indextemplat...&SubCategory=8 those MOTOR GUARD FILTER # M-26 are nice i use one for dry clean air for my plasma cutter

    That does look like a nice deal. These dual voltage machines are quite interesting... But he does have the plugs already.

    The double ended ones look pretty spooky....

    BTW what voltage are you going to use when you hook it up to the generator??? The 220 plugs have a 4 pin twist lock on the generator.

    Had me kind of curious when you showed X and Y on the twist lock.... A 3 phase plug????? Mine 3 phase plugs I thought were 4 pin with ground.

    BTW when you were asking about wiring up connectors, when I replied I thought you were asking something different... I always wanted to put a square metal box on the end of an extension cord. That way you could plug in your welder and then have an extra couple 110 outlets for a grinder or such.

    That is a 240 VAC single phase plug - 2 poles and a ground.

    never could see why darn plugs are so expensive
