I'm sure CGINC would probably be safe, but someone else might decide to handle his tool and they may not fair quite as well...

Safety is safety. We really do not want to see anyone get shocked in pursuit of welding. You know to plug in the welder side first, others might not.

Might want kill the pictures so they must read rather be visual and zapped.
