Dub, If you want to use it with your welder, you will need to know the ohms range at the pedal. Cut the cord to the foot pedal and wire it up. 1-2 ON OFF switch 3 4 5 POT (4 is common) 6-7 SHORT (tells the welder to use 3 4 5 to adjust the amps).

Well- when I called CK the tech guy told me that their potentiometer only go to 25k ohm. The potentiometer on the Everlast pedal potentiometer is 47k ohm so the tech guy said that with there potentiometer I most likely wouldn't be able to get the machines full potential out of my machine with their potentiometers.
I also called Everlast and they offer 2 torches, one air cooled which rates around 200 amp, a water cooled which rates at 300 amps. I wanted the water cooled but the guy at Everlast said that they were out of stock and I needed to call them back in 3 weeks. So frustrating....
