There are very few issues with this welder , however with the redesign of a few months ago with the sensing for. 110v - 220v , the dual voltage on many ( not all yet but working on it ) has been improved pI already thought it was a very reliable welder! I'm not sure that I've even read any issues on the forums.
Another example with voltage inputs changing with nominal power at you box and then adding longer extension cords ,this could bring in too high a amp draw for some relays on the older versions causing possible problems. In real world use this may never be a issue but if it can be improved then it should be
