I would like to bring attention to this post. With all the negative stuff floating around about the import welders, has anybody ever seen any other welding company just offer up a free 125.00 foot pedal and pay to ship it? He did this for my friend that has a 250EX. He never talked to my friend, I told him about the issue with his foot control and Oleg shipped me a new foot control for my friend. My friend thanks you!

You are correct, a big name company would do a full investigation first and send out a forensic to your shop first. I have never experienced the customer service from ANY other company that I have from everlast. There service is amazing.

Oleg getting a 4x4 cnc plasma table next month let you know how the everlast plasma cutter work got a killer deal on the table kit . Its kit for 1800.00

I was able to reach Ray today on the phone. He gave me several things to check out. I'll sit down tonight with the pedal and a DVOM and see what I can find out.

Chris-- Please post test and results. I have a pedal on a PP205 that won't give full amps.
