You and I see it differently, I came in where you started making generalizations as to all the forum members. It started with Mark (an everlast employee that I don't know) and expanded from there. I'm not trying to keep it going, I'm simply stating my viewpoint. When I said "nice work.... and much nicer posts" I meant it as a compliment never considering that it could be misconstrued. Maybe we can put this behind us now and move on to better things.
Some people just gotta have the last word I guess? I dated a lot of women like that over the course of 10 years that I was divorced... I've been over it however when people post things that I feel need addressing I reply. With any luck no one else with post about that #### any further..

That I won't deny. Usually ended up in a power struggle and them being shown where the door leading to the street is. Oh the memories !! LOL!!!!! That's probably my most favorite thing in the world to do. Breaking the news to some stupid woman that she really don't have complete control over the world with her magic little box. It's as devistating to them as finding out there really is no Santa Clause Lol!!

I divorced my wife and let her send me child support checks for 18 years to remember her by. I never played the marriage game again... I just visit them and go back to my house.

For the most part they aren't worth the powder it would take to blow their brains out if they had one in the first place..... MOST ! NOT ALL !!! In the 10 years I was single after being married 16 years the first time I dated countless WORTHLESS women! I however met my wife on a motorcycle forum and she lived 3000 plus miles away and became good friends with her with NO INTENTIONS of ever being more... When her marriage exploded one night from out of no where I offered her a place to come escape everyone and everything and stay with me and my soon to be wife.......After that soon to be wife showed her true vindictive colors she got showed where the street was located, and a year or so later I married my best friend and haven't ever looked back and have the best woman that has ever been born! The reason I told you this is simple ----------------------> Don't allow a bunch of petty bitches rob you of finding a good woman! If they do this they win and you lose and no petty bitch has ever beat me and never will! My whore ex wife nearly got the better of my ### but in the end I win and she loses! She gets everything she deserves! Our kids now that they are grown know her for what she done and I didn't have to tell them a word ! Good does prevail over evil but sometimes it takes a little longer than we hope for...

Back to the welding show !!

I want to cut through the chase, will rewiring the cooler to turn on with the welder, with or without a relay effect the warranty?

Seriously? -------------------------------> NO ! Why would it? Oleg don't care where it get's it's power from.. I spoke with Oleg about how I wired my unit and found he really don't care where it get's it's power from.. Go ahead and ask him but it will be about as big a waste of time as asking him if you should wipe your tail towards the front or the back! I don't think Oleg will much care..

As for Ken saying yes........ Well you can take that with a grain of salt because he'll argue with anything I post. If I posted the sky is blue he would argue .... Both Todd and I wired our cooler up the way I explained and it worked fine... On more than one occasion while testing the machine out I maxed the amps and held it there and it never kicked the breaker.... You can also see where Mark made several comments on a thread where the 250EXTs where first hitting the customers doors and they were asking about the baby cord supplied with the machine and Mark posted how little current the machine actually draws from the box.. Now I did step my power cord up to a #10 size cord to supply the power to the machine and tossed the lamp cord supplied with the machine.

Again you can get a service disconnect mount it to the wall and run both cords in there and flip one handle if you want. You can add a relay inside the machine if you want.. You can make the whole deal work from remote control if you want. You can make it where your smart phone can activate it from across town if you want.

There is no right or wrong way unless you skimp on the wire size required for the current draw of the device. What I specified worked without fail and will cost nearly nothing to do and anyone with basic electrical knowledge and some hand tools can do it in 30 minutes or less and make it look factory installed. Adding a relay is a fine way to do this job but totally un needed for this job. The amp draw of the cooler pump won't be changing as it runs at a constant demand. With that in mind if it's going to fail it will fail when you first flip the breaker.

I pulled the cover off of mine today, to see how hard it would be to make the cooler come on with the welder, don't think it will be very hard.

After looking at the guts of the welder, I am amazed that 80% of them don't get damaged in shipping. Everything looks fragile to me. I would stamp fragile all over the box and maybe even think about the expanding foam packing system.

I fixed the EXT the way I posted and like I said it was a cheap and easy.... You could wire both devices into a service disconnect and flip one handle as well... It can done as easy or as complicated as you feel the need for.. However mine never flipped a breaker ... You could also ......eh what's the use in posting ideas anyway because there will always be someone here that thinks they know better.... I didn't say it was the only way I said it was a good and easy way... It works looks factory and requires little if any skills or parts... A simple cord cap and 5 minutes time... There's always a better mouse trap..
