need help on a mig welder

Was doing a lot of repair work and have moved into production work and thus I am in need of a mig welder for the speed mig welding can give me over tig and my 250EX. It's there a unit that has mig and a plasma cutter? I know I remember vaguely that some offer tig/plasma combos. Also will be unloading my 250EX with a 250cf bottle lenses/consumables brand new 20 torch, 26 factory torch and a 17 torch that needs to be repaired (it was part of a bunch of stuff I bought and was a bonus). Interested msg me. Ps only 2 bottles of argon through the unit, works flawless. Local pickup socal.

Anyway I can't seem to access the mig page any father than the page that shows the 3 categories of mig welders. Right now I'm kinda set on the miller 210 autoset found a place I can get it shipped for 799.00 . I know my 250EX has been a champ but with a gimpy left arm and not being able to use a foot pedal I need to switch to mig. Any ideas would be appreciated. Also any links to where I can see some specs and prices on the new Everlast units

honestly I have been using my Everlast MTS200s and I think its a good machine. I came from using a lincoln weldpak and the only thing I have found about the MTS200s is it seems to have a problem with getting a good ground. I do think that upgrading the clamp would do it wonders though. At first I had problems with the wire melting back and getting stuck in the torch but after adjusting it basically all the way down, I have not had any issues with it. Overall, I think the machine welds as good as the lincoln.

Is there not enough range in the burn back timer control?

There is actually quite a bit of range. When the unit arrived it was turned up and for me I had to turn it most the way down. I assume this could be different depending on the person using it.

Ended up turning mine down also, probably the 9o clock position maybe .04 sec. Other than that and missing consumables it's a great machine

How much power are you needing? What thickness are you planning to weld? If your doing a lot of 1/2" go with a Imig250p or MTS250. Try your best to get what you need, & not make a purchase on what will get you by. A mig welder purchase is something you want to think about your possible long term needs.
