wow nice modified delta , looks nice and light, should easily be able to use gps waypoint navigation and carry a camera rig to boot. I played around with the "spy" UAV stuff for a while but everybody an his brother is doing it and the US armed forces are set as far as observation platforms go, so there is no money in it until things can go way smaller with the same flight times.
I built a similar shaped plane less than a foot square that could carry a down looking video camera and fly for about 15 minutes .
