Nice, I like to tinker with VW's. The drive train I am using for this build is that of a 04 R32. The R was totaled and I purchased it just for this project. I have taken out the rear floor and it will be fit to this car. I will have to start a few project threads as this is a big one but I have a 99 Jetta GLX that is getting a big valve head with cams and a bunch of other stuff. The TIG purchase was for both of these projects and will be used for stainless steel exhaust and aluminum intakes. I am sure I will find more uses for it and have some ideas but tend to use a MIG for a lot of things. I will be in the market for a good MIG sometime but for now my friend has one in the shop that I get to use.

EDIT: Forgot I was going to say I have a 90 Jetta also and my brother has a 2002 cabrio and a 91 Jetta.
