    Is there any way of changing the tip of this torch to a drag tip? thanks

    Put lipstick and high heels on it?

    Have a look at http://www.river-weld.com They have drag tips for several models, so you might be able to match up something.
    Long arc, short arc, heliarc and in-the-dark!
