Nice to see someone knows the benefits of a shiny clean welding table.. Makes a huge difference working on non ferrous stuff. I wipe mine down with Acetone to keep the oils and dirt from transferreing to the work piece. Sure cuts down on the head scratching.

Wow! Some of you guys are freakin talented. Beautiful welding Tony, Jakeru, cdale! I think some of you guys could weld with an 110v extension cord with the end wacked off and a darn coat hanger! Again, awesome.

WOW! After seeing TonyR85 welds I'm ashamed to even post my welds. But you guys can at least get a good laugh.

Remember I'm a structural hand, nowhere near a Tig weldor!

    Hey TonyR85,

    Talk about beautiful welds !
Any chance you could borrow a PP256 and duplicate them ?

Would sure make me feel super good for having ordered one.

    Cheers,

Not my best aluminum welds I've done in a while (or best pics for that matter--cell phone) but these were done with the Everlast PM205, ~8 or 9 on the pedal, 1/8" filler. I've been stuck wrenching more than I have been welding at my new job where as the last one was full on welding/manufacturing.
