Take your liner out and examine it. If it was wet from water, then I don't know how it could have happened. I think you have something that has happened there with condensation. Typically feeding systems like this are trouble free as long as the liner is in good shape. Take your liner out and see what it looks like. The liner looks kind of like an old choke cable without the center wire. A lot of times flaking of the wire can plug up and cause problems in the liner. It might be salvagable. Generic liners can be found most places.
