Cyclone 200ES dimensions

The manual states the Cyclone 200ES is 12.5" tall. Can anyone confirm if this is with the handle up or down? I'm trying to see if it will fit in a toolbox on my flatbed. Thanks

Down. But you need 18" from all surfaces minimum during operation.
