PowerArc 210STL wont switch to Stick and stuck on Tig

This is the first time I start up the machine since I got it on 5/11/23 and I haven't been able to switch modes. I called the Tech and opened up the case and pressed and wiggled the connectors as he instructed and no luck the machine is still stuck in TIG. Im not sure what to do from here.
