82i cuts about 6 inches and just stops cutting... Frustrated.
I run the 82i on my crossfire pro and it has worked pretty fair until today. I start a cut and it cuts good for 6-8 inches and then just stops cutting, the air shuts off until the trigger is released and then post flow starts.
From the crossfire there isn't much to adjust but played with a couple project files and trouble is the same on all files.
Tryed straight cut from CNC , same result.
Finally took it table out of the equation and ran a couple cuts by hand and all are the same results, 6 to 8inches and stops cutting. Let go of the trigger and the post flow starts even though the air shut off when the cut stopped.
Plunger in the torch works smooth and easy.
Happens in CNC and manuel cut modes on the plasma.
New consumables ( started doing this on an old set so that was the first thing.
Its like the thing shuts off the air supply.
