Thread: shipping and packaging

  1. Default shipping and packaging

I see several post related to receiving welders damaged. Maybe Everlast should review the way they package there goods.
I know there is nothing good about receiving your goods damaged. And most of the time its not the company sending its the carrier they ship with. Anytime I have ever shipped anything heavy I have made sure it was package very very well. double and triple wrap and boxed.

Our product is among the best packaged in the industry. . It's easy to lose sight of the fact that the company ships thousands of products each month. It will happen. Damage occurs with Miller and lincoln as well at similar rates.

    Yeah,

Everlast welding machine packing and shipments are outstanding, at least for the two that arrived to me some years ago.

Well My 353DPi showed up a day ago. From one coast to the other. Cartons where banged up, torn, straps broken. But the equipment was A OK. I have to say they did a great job packaging. I seen the delivery driver roll the boxes from the front of the truck to the back.
now to assembled and plug it in.
