Gas lens kits for Nova 20 available on Everlast website

I am thinking about buying a gas lens or lens kit for the Nova 20 water cooled torch that came with me 255EXT purchased 10/2022. I also have the Powercool 375 chiller.

I know I can fit the machine with any number of "name brand" torches but so far I have no complaints about the torch other than the confusing descriptions for part and accessories on the website. Any advice is appreciated.

The 17/18/26 stubby kit (SK UEV-171826-STK) looks like the collets and collet bodies for my torch. Are they?
If so can I just buy a lens? in comparison the EV-171826-GLK looks like it would NOT fit.

I would like to have standard (pink) ceramic cups for stainless and a larger pyrex cup for aluminum. Does anyone know if any of the pyrex cup/lens sets fit this torch?

We have 20 series kits. Look under that size. Or just call it in and order direct from ext 206.

Sorry but I have called tech support a couple times in the past and found the interaction to be a little abrasive so I thought rather than be talked down to that I would give this forum a try.

Can you tell me the difference in diameter between the $45 EV-920-LG-PRX-325 and the $25 EV-920-PRX-325?

Anyway, the product descriptions are pretty darn confusing if you ask me so I am reaching out for some advice.

Ok so I did. A week ago and was told among other things the I would get a call back "probably within a day".

I was told by 206 that "all of the pyrex lens kits have 1" diameter lenses and the difference is the length". Being pretty sure this is incorrect, I asked him to get one out and look at it. 206 said he would have to call me back.

This is what the website says and "Extension 206" says it is correct.

Why would anyone want a 47mm long 25mm diameter pyrex cup?

If you look closely at the images and use the collets as the reference dimension it is clear that they are all similar in length and the diameter varies by model.

If you guys really want to compete with the likes of Miller, you need to focus a little more on customer service and maybe review your website for accurate relevant information.

You mean the months long wait for parts like Miller is having? You mean like so much less detailed information and errors that the Miller site gives?
It might surprise you, We are competing quite well and have been for years, but there is always room for improvement. Thanks for your input. Just call them back, this is an extremely busy time of year and just a couple of guys to cover that area. You'd wait longer for Miller to call back for sure. I have waited for days.
