Thread: Anyone else have pending orders on hold?

  1. Default Anyone else have pending orders on hold?

    I placed an order a little over a month ago for & it still hasnt shipped. I knew it would be about a 5 week wait, & talking to customer service yesterday they are "still waiting for the containers to be unloaded at the shipyard"

    Just wondering if anyone else is also waiting, or has had to wait in the recent past & for how long.

    Would like to start welding asap & just looking for some reassurance that the welder will in fact ship in a reasonable time frame.

    More than likely it is in port. But they are average 90 ships in wait. It's the luck of the draw sometimes who and what gets unloaded first.

    ANY UPDATE? I received my back order. Waiting to go back to unpack and test.

    Any time a question comes up about orders or back orders with questions about shipping time, call direct. Don't come on the forum to ask. The best thing to do is call us at the 800 number and then dial ext 202. They'll give you the best and most updated information and it is a direct contact.

    The question was to see if OP received his equipment. He post once and disappear.

    I received mine and that's why I was asking to see if he received his.
