MIG 24 Gun Consumables

On page 36 of the manual for the Powermig i230 the Ref#B lists various consumables.
What is the mechanical difference between the "24" and "25" gun?
Is the 140.0059 spec correct for the .030 contact tip? Or is it 140.0051?
Are all the tips M6/6mm? Is there a holder for 8mm?
Generally OR SPECIFICALLY is the 24 gun using Binzel 24KD consumables or MB24 (is that for the 15 gun??)?
I'm just getting started with this 24 Series and want to be sure I order the right stuff, the table on pg 36 helped
but did not say anything about compatibility with Binzel 24KD consumables specifically, I'm guessing that's right.

The way the 24 and 25 have different ways they are built. I prefer the 24 100%. Yes, all the tips are .6mm (not 6) and same as tweco 11 series/lincoln. A holder for .8mm. Specifically it is the same gun as the Binzel MB24 KD. The part numbers listed are compatible with Binzel part numbers you have listed.

Mark, are the MD24 spec and the 24KD spec the same? It seems that the gun sold by Everlast is "only" 24KD right, NOT MD24... or is it both? IDK!

The gun is officially the MB24 KD, as I said. Any combination should be the same gun, or if it just says 24.
