Thread: Warranty issues

    Sent a my TIG machine in to get repaired (still under warranty with RA# and all) back in November 2020. Still don't have my machine back nor a straight answer on when I'll get it back. Its been 9 months when I was originally quoted 30days. I've been told they will send me a new machine but I haven't received anything. No one answers email or the tech extension. Anyone else having this issue?

    Did you get in contact with ext 201? Or has anyone contacted you? Without any specific info to go on, I can't help. PM me your details.
