Compresser Sizing for a 52i plasma cutter

Hi

Need some wisdom from the board. My son and I picked up a 52i plasma cutter for some project around the house. The typical work would be cutting patterns into sheet steel and cutting other larger pieces of steel to be welded into another component. Typical metal thickness will be 3/16ths or less but we may ocasionally need to make relatively short cuts on 1/4 inch or 3/8th.

Any recommendation on compressor sizing that we would need for that kind of work ?
