Thread: My welding cart/water-cooler for my PowerTIG 255ext

  1. Default My welding cart/water-cooler for my PowerTIG 255ext

It's got a Procon carbonation pump (I changed the spring so it's a 50psi pump), a buzzer that warns me if the pressure drops below 40psi, and a pc-style dual fan heat exchanger.

    Man I love this welder!

If anyone wants to know where I got parts, just ask.

How funny! I've been browsing around the forum and the first two welding carts I've seen are painted the exact color I chose. I guess I made the right choice!

    Nice,

The custom-water cooler is integrated into the custom-cart.

    Very cool!

    Hey,
If it works and does the job, nothing wrong with it. A five gallon bucket and a bag of ice and some water with a fish aquarium pump has been known to be used too. lol.
