Did i-Tig 201 have points changed recently?

If I call support will they have a unit there to look at?

I don't see a way to get to the points, so would like to have them explain it. Is that possible?

I'd try and take a pic, but it doesn't seem possible to upload a pic, I was trying to insert one here, but the site always gives an error with an ! by the upload.

The error is due to file size. Keep cropping or resizing until it works. There doesn't seem to be any interest in website maintenance here.

I just said that the process was basically the same. That means they are adjustable. The i TIG 201 did not change since it was brought out. I thought that this was already addressed in my earlier comments in post 3. The points and design did change from the 200 to the 201. That was the point. Tech support should be able to help you. But why are you trying to adjust the points at this point of ownership?
