Awesome welding especially on the magnaflow muffler. Is it thinner material than the pipe? the turbo mani is cool and well thought out as is the header. I will be building a similar unit for my wifes suv less the turbo as she drives WAY too fast now (i am not laughing about this it will become a serious problem IF the local gestapo can catch her!) I would like to use your blueprint as a start point for my design if you dont mind.

Do you have 3 bikes or you are making them and selling them? Looks good for sure. Or is this one heck of a motor on the bike?

    ah...i sghoulda clarified....

the turbo setup is for a VW.

    the pipes are for bikes.

i sell em if people want them.

i initially wasnt planning on selling them, but i made one for a magazine's race bike and they did a write up on it once they started getting podiums. that kinda sparked an interest world wide for the product. so every now and then i get an email from someone who wants me to build them an exhaust. but its gotten to the point to where im backordered and cant build them fast enough to keep up with the requests. so i guess thats a good thing. plus, this is a hobby, so its sometimes hard to dedicate a couple days to fab work. and i dont want to have anyone help as im totally OCD about workmanship.

dude, that is freakin awesome, and I found another "solidworks nerd"

looks like your welding skills and solidworks skills are both outta my leage tho.

I'd be interested to know the easiest way to model out tubes like that.
I'd like to think I'm the guy they are talkin about when they say, "he could F%^& up a cannon ball in a plowed field."

This thread is awesome. The flange for a 20v? I am planning parts to build my own CNC mill. Are you milling these parts yourself and did you make that collector? I am also like you and want all my stuff perfect. This is sometimes a downfall and can actually hurt you if you are in a busy business.
