    Wow,

    You've got one of those early 210EXT units. Those were kind of compact compared to my 2015 model. There are some interesting hidden menus or features on that model, I believe, like an adjustable intensity of the HF arc starts, isn't there? That OEM pedal is different than later versions, too.

    The OEM pedal that came with my 2015 model could easliy have the top portion removed by placing a wide-bladed flathead screwdriver up along the side, where the fulcrum rod hangs out enough to be captured by the hole for it on the top clam-shell piece of the pedal, i.e., just create about 1/4" worth of flexion in that space so it can release on one side with a bit of upward pressure too, the other side will then release as well.

    Your pre-2015 pedal may do it the same way.

    Putting the top clam-shell piece back on is even easier; virtually tool-lessly.

    Please let us all hear if that is the actual solution for that pedal.
