I have a PowerTig 225LX and the manual says I can use a size 18 or 26 torch.
I dont see any 18's with a flex head and the flex hose anywhere for sale.
I have seen a few 26 but Id like it to be smaller.
Thanks for any help.

You can use any type of torch you would like, either air cooled or liquid cooled. My 250EX came with a size 18 that was so unwieldy that King Kong would have a tough time dealing with. My weapon of choice is a CK20 rigid torch, I also have a 20 size flex head that suits me just fine. As far as I know, CK has the most flexible hose setup for these torches, just make sure they are protected. I also find that a gas lense setup makes these torches even more easy to handle, Jody at welding tips and tricks sells these stubby kits at his weldmonger store.
I hope this helps and have a Happy New Year!

I get the most use from a CK130 (9 size) gas cooled torch with superflex cable. Everlast sells CK torches that are plug and play for Everlast machines, just call sales. You can find more info in this thread http://www.everlastgenerators.com/fo...ighlight=ck130 (part numbers and prices may have changed in the last few years so just call sales and tell them what you want)
