FYI: PP50, PP80, IMIG-200, IMIG-250P, 210EXT and 255EXT.
I replaced the rear quarters with ones from other cars, Welded up over 250 trim holes. Tig welded all the aluminum engine brackets as i built serpentine drive for the 6 cyl engine. The hood was shaved and crowned welded solid down the middle. Custom built tube bumpers from .090 tubing all tig welded. Shortened the front and rear pans behind the bumpers , tig work also.

awesome! love the bumpers, ya hand bend or roll for the curve? I was thinking of doing that kind of bumper on my tahoe, larger bar above smaller below, and then 3/16 sheet between them just under flush level to look like a stock bumper kinda.
