Thanks Christian....Talked to Ray in tech....He was ready to send it back.... THATS customer service folks.....I ask if i could look inside....He Told me what too look for...Pulled the cover off...traced the wire..played with it....Put it back together...FIXED???...LOL....Only thing i saw was two wires that looked fused together...Turned out it was just that red "goop" they used to insulate connections??..Its on all kinds of connections inside...I separated um..Works great again.....Wonder if the wired being in such close proximity were messing with current flo?????..All i know is that it works just a sweet as it did from the first arc strike...I swaped the pedal for the finger control..Just to eliminate that possibility....Good call tho...Big thanks to Ray for his help.....Im an electrical idiot......sad but true..lol
