    Default Just want to hand out some positive Kudos;

    To Andrew who has come through for me multiple times when I wasn't quite sure on what was needed for my new i275P(the only manual came from overseas, and its a kick to read, but not helpful at all), that I bought through him, since its one of their newest welders. Andrew has always been very honest and if he's not sure he's been honest and told me and said he would get back to me, which always has happened with in 24-36 hrs. I just want to say, there are not many companies like this anymore who provide this kind of service (I'd mention maybe 2 more, but this is Everlasts Forum ;-)), and I really appreciate how they follow through with any questions and ask to make sure they have answered them. And no I'm not getting anything for these "Kudos" to Andrew and Everlast, I'm just a farmer who appreciates honest and good service.

    Good to know at least one person at everlast is good I had the opposite experience with Alex in sales .

    Newby, we have hundreds of thousands of customers in the US, distribution on 6 continents. Many of our customers are repeat and even repeat of repeat customers. Think about that. IF no one was having good experience, we'd been out of business years ago. People are going to have bad experiences, and even catch some of our company being human on a off day. But if you want to single all this out, just think about the fact we have customers all around the world singing our praises. Go to our social media sites and see how people are posting up their satisfaction, and in some cases, their dissatisfaction and how it is routinely handled. Go to our face book and instagram and find out, and participate even. You'll get a high concentration of our customers there who use our machines daily, in all sorts of situations and with many different buying experiences. We have them building everything from space ships to transformers. I do regret your experience, but reflect upon it and color it in the light of thousands of positive experiences that are had every year by buing from us.
