Powerpro 205 tig pedal problem

So it took awhile but I finally got my new SSC pedal. Unfortunately the machine is still doing the same thing. low amps at start, max amps at mid travel and low amps at full pedal. Beginning acts like hf doesn't want to work. Tested ohms on pedal and it's doing what it's suppose to.
