Oleg helped me with my warranty repair. Fixed in a month. Took a few days to get it back but that was smack dab in the middle of the holidays.
People are quick to bring up the bad experiences but most remain silent when all goes right.

It would be nice to have the forum repaired or at least some word on when it will be... without being vague.

I am just as frustrated too, Zoama. I sent a priority note to the new web guy and told him it was imperative this be fixed. All he said is "we are working on it". Same thing he has said for months.

I talked to Oleg, He is sending out the parts I need for my machine. My machine has been working and I have been using it. It just needed a few parts replaced to make it like new again. Thanks Oleg

This place has the potential to help Everlast grow. There is no better advertisement than satisfied consumers.
Not to mention the number of simple machine issues that can get solved without burdening the repair center.
