    Looks much better. I was kinda worried about the flat ones you showed before. Looked like a recipe for harmonic vibrations and then cracking. Hard to tell from the pics, but I would make those standoff spacers, on the right side, at least as large in diameter as the cast bosses they sit on, and weld them to the plates, so the bolts don't see any bending moment and are loaded in shear and tension only. Very cool project.

    That table cuts very nice. I never did get me a CNC Working on a 3D printer next.
