I've said this on several other venues but I want to add a comment in the testimonial area. I bought an imig 200 a couple of years ago and modified it to use a Miller 30A gun. The original concept was a machine that can run aluminum for the times I'm called for a small job that is remote. This is not a shop machine as the duty cycle is to low but for my purposes it has been outstanding. Mind you, it has the stones to weld 1/2" material at its top end but you really have to watch the time. The arc quality is very good with AL wire and on stick, frankly, it is one of the best welders I've ever used using 3/32 rod. In one load I can pack the welder, gun and extension cord. The 2nd load is the argon cylinder.
