New Cart for 250EX

I have been meaning to do this for a couple years but wanted something with drawers. HF has a cart which I got without any of the parts except the box for 1/2 price. Box is well made. Had to make the base, handle, tank saddles and hangers. Added pedal holder, filler tubes and paint.

Actually I like your blue cart. I like larger wheels on my carts. The swivel front wheels make it zero turn. The drawers are nice but what will you do if you get a tig cooler for your EX? You did a good job on both carts.

I have a W300 - right now I need to be near the bench, but scheming a way to add it above the EXT.

If mounting a cooler above a welder, make sure you have something to deflect any possible water leaks so they don't run inside the welder. Don't ask me how I know this.
