Got the rest cut out. The plasma made this job easy. Now some cleanup then I can cut some new centers to weld in. It would be nice to have a powerarc 200 for that.

PA200 is a nice machine and priced well too. Since it's a mud truck is alignment critical? He just sold ours. Quads only now.

I'll make up a jig to keep everything lined up but at the speeds I go it won't be an issue.

Post up pictures on the truck when you have it all done. I know my kids miss theirs.

That will get you places, not fast. We have a place out here and you can get tractor tires, used, pretty cheap. Are you going to need more left, or will they clear?

might add a few inches. Not much suspension flex with the 2.5 ton leaf springs though.
