My plan for the cart is going to be something like the one Miller is selling for some of their Dynasty rigs... something like a modified hand-truck. I want to find some 20" bicycle wheels for it, but may also put a pair of swivel casters and a handle on the front for wheeling around the shop. I usually get my casters at Harbor Freight, as they're reasonably cheap and seem to hold up. I used them on a cart I built (MIG weld) for my chamber vacuum sealer and food slicer, and that worked really well.

It's hard to wait for a new toy. UPS service seems to vary a lot more than it used to.

I went with a handtruck design for portability as well.
