No, This is what got me to join this form. Yours was the first post I saw. I thought that was cool but still no easy answers from the past users?
I just went and checked the cut setting and it works in a range of 22-62. My MIG/TIG range with the start amp control is 30-119.

Wow looking like we have the same issue. In cut i get 20-59 and in tig/stick using starting amps i get 4-185.

You should call tech support at ext 207. That's our service line and where to get the answers and receive an RMA number for return for repair. That's the most expedient way to get this resolved as it is likely a board issue.

Thanks, I called service. I was told to unplug everything from my front panel and see what the display reads. I also turned every knob to the left, just because? Turned it back on and now the main amp control knob works. All is good.
