Thread: Exhaust replacement

  1. Default Exhaust replacement

First off, tig was done with a 250ex I purchased a couple of years ago. Initially I had only migged a few times. Anyways this is on my friends trans am, car was originally stainless but when lowered the exhaust shop mangled the bends and welded in a section of galvanized crap. Cut everything out and corrected the geometry. Electrical engineer by trade, but enjoy working with metal on the side. Probably the best investments I have made that improved my welds were a 25ft flex head ck torch, new pedal, and number one a cheater 2.25x magnifier in my helmet. Anyways I will try to pay occasionally as I improve, have a large CNC mill I purchased for scrap and other crap. Addiction never ends...
