    Not usually. However, you might want to give tech support a call to get the proper procedure. Some models have a counter intuitive way of coming apart. Are you having a problem with the machine?

    Inconsistent arc starts. It will work fine, then nothing, then it works fine. It's just odd. I think I need to replace the ground or tighten everything up and dielectric grease the ground stuff. Been tied up working on a tamrock drill and haven't looked at the welder in a few days.
