Default Ordered new product for my plasma table

Talked to mark at kci chemicals about a product called plasma green 1050, it's supposed to keep corrosion down and keep biocides from growing in the water table, it can only be bought in 5gal containers for $80 but 1 gal treats almost 30 gal.

A biocide is what you want in your water to kill anything biological such as algae or bacteria. I'd add an ounce of copper sulphate solution to plain water and let it go at that. Cost maybe 25 cent.

Yup, add a shot of soluble oil and no corrosion. Used that combo in many wet grinders.

Time for them to do a PP80c with a machine torch bundle like the PP60c.

I agree but a torch head is far cheaper than a whole new machine. Just add the blowback torch head of your choice.

At the moment they do not even list an 80A blowback machine torch much less a 100A for the PP100. Time to update the line. I'm sure they are available, but not listed on the website, yet.

Could another brand be adapted ?

I'm sure it could, but it would make sense for Everlast to offer a bundle if they want to make sales to the CNC crowd. The PP60c is great, but more power is always nice and with the PP80 and 100 in the lineup, having CNC packages for them just makes sense. While many hobbyist units adapt a hand torch, having a real machine torch would be a nice option for those that want to go that way. It keeps you from buying a torch that you never plan to use.

The 100 is currently a HF start unit. We do have some newer 80 amp torches coming out from what I understand. At least they've been testing some in the factory.

Any idea when this will be? I'm currently building a 5'x 10' CNC table and was considering the PP80S but if there isn't a compatible machine torch available for it yet I'll look at other options.

I was able to get a S75 Trafimet Machine torch for my PP80 from Everlast Canada. Just call them and he got it. He even forgot who he ordered it for until I called him months later asking as my home modified torch crapped out.
