It was a Close Fit. Had to bend a little. Move the Overflow hose. Then found out that the Hose was larger than the fitting. Put a hose clamp on it. Didn't seem to be leaking. Click image for larger version.

She broke down today. had to get Towed home. I went over after work. And Wasted over 2 Hours of my time. I replaced the Coil and Module Assembly. Went to start the car. Wont start. Put the Old parts back in, Started right up. Took it over to AZ to have it tested. Bad Module. Contacted the Ebay Seller. Waiting to hear back from him.

The Makita 9.6V Right Angle Impact Driver was a Big help. Bought it over 10 years ago. Still going. Needs new batteries.

It would be a good idea to really diagnose what's wrong with it, and not just throw parts at it, as most dealerships usually do. Since it sounds like you have an intermittent problem, the best time to check it out, is when it won't start. It's a lot easier to find no signal than a weak signal. But on a car that old, it could be something as simple yet hard to locate like corrosion in an electrical connector. First step is to locate what system is out. Fuel or ignition, then trace back from there.

Ignition Modules have a History of this problem. Run fine when Cold. When they get Hot, That's where the problem is (Usually). Car shuts down. Just Cranks. Wait awhile (Cool down) starts and runs. The Dealer tried to sell me the job for over $300. if the Seller works with me, Cost me about 1/3.

Replaced the Coils and Module today. Seems to be running fine now. She took it on a roughly 15 mile trip to the storage unit. And it didn't cut out,

This car has turned into a Nightmare for me. I Fixed the Ignition problem. Couple of nights later I noticed she had a Backup lamp out. Bought new bulbs. Changed the one. Then found out she also had a brake lamp out. Used the other bulb for that. At least they were both 2057. Fixed the bulbs. Next day she tells me the Brake Lamps are stuck on. Call Advance and order a new Brake Lamp switch. Arrived next day. Went to her house after work to remove the old one. To match it. Battery is dead. Big surprise. Left the charger on it. Ran to the store. 15 minutes later with part in hand I finally fixed it. Had it up and running for her to use that night. Hopefully I wont have to fix anything for awhile.

A Good tool I have been relying on is a Makita 9.6V Right Angle Impact Driver. Bought it from Makita as a Refurbished unit roughly 17 years ago. Made quick work on the Ignition Coil screws. And the Dash screws. Saved me ALOT of time.
