I should do something similar to mine. The tray isn;t big enough for the 200dx. I could fit my PT185 on it, but don;t really use a cart with it.

Shoptask 3-in-1 (not currently in my garage, but I own it...)

Any day on a motorcycle like this that ends just needing parts and labor is a good day.

Cool. How did you bent the tubing? What machine do you have on top? How sturdy/stable is the HF cart with the welder, water cooler and large tank on it?

I looked at one at my local HF. Wasn't impressed with the Strength of the unit. Felt flimsy. The one I saw had 3 levels. I would like to build one. But don't have much metal working tools. Just some handheld power tools, 8" drill press, Etc.

Plenty of nice carts have been built with nothing more than an angle grinder and a welder. Even a $10 HF cheapy can do the job.

thanks! I bent the tubing with a bender I made using the pro-tools 105 dies it is sturdy enough to hold my welder since in my case it does not move far, I currently use a 25' weldcraft crafter series cs310 torch so it reaches most jobs with no problem I also put a 25' ground on also. the tig machine is a powertig 210EXT and the other is a powerplasma 80s.
