Need help please

I have a testimonial but not all good. I would like to resolve the problem(which in my eyes is a major problem) before I post any details here. who can I talk to to get results. I have spoke to two different people on the phone and feel not confident at all. My experience started out great with Everlast and I want it to stay that way. Can someone please point me in the rite direction...

Oleg is VERY much in tune with customer service, but he's a busy guy and can be tough to get hold of directly. You may have quicker luck to get hold of Mark from post #3 of this thread via PM, voice call, or email. He's offline just now: note the green button next to your name in post #1 and #4, for instance- that means you're online.
