Yes, you can buy just the torch head (no cable or euro connector) or the whole assembly.

I prefer the P80 torch with 1.1 mm tips but you can't get them locally. http://www.ebay.com/itm/P80-Torch-Pl...item20dbcd996b
    ... or http://stores.ebay.com/plasma-cutter...=p4634.c0.m322 I've ordered from them.
It's a simple tough torch and the consumables last a long time with proper use and dry air. The roller guide is really nice to have because you can get super clean cuts with a straight edge. Click image for larger version.

    Everlast sells these as well.

Edit: the P80 will only work on older high frequency machines.

Thanks Zoama! I will try to look for the s45 torch head replacement since I already have consumables for it. Also, I have the Plasma Helper products from Plasmahelper.com. I found the roller can move laterally if not careful. Thanks again for your input around the torch, because it will save me some $$$ to buy more metal.

Keep a little pressure against your straight edge with the roller guide, allways make a dry run first before cutting and cut as fast as possible without skipping.

YOU CANNOT USE THE P80 TORCH! This is a high frequency torch. It will not work.

Thanks Mark. I was confused, so thanks for the clarification.

Thanks for the input. I talked with Everlast Tech support yesterday and the torch is indeed fried. The bigger issue now is that Tech support said I may have fried my circuit board in my Multi Process Machine. That is really going to suck!!! No way of knowing until I get torch and try. Keep your fingers crossed.

I CAN ASSURE YOU, THIS IS A BIG LEARNING MISTAKE!!! I am an amateur and went back and read the manual that came with my machine and the new one online... No words of Caution around operating in wrong mode. Just a proposal to the Everlast folks: Be sure and put a warning in the Manual:

CAUTION: NEVER!!! EVER!!! INTENTIONALLY OR INADVERTANLY OPERATE PLASMA TORCH IN TIG OR STICK MODE!!! DAMAGE WILL OCCUR TO TORCH AND/OR MACHINE!!!

Just a proposal. Once I get the new torch later this week I will test and report back.

The manual does say to put the switch in Plasma mode to use the plasma operation and torch. But I'm sure we can add that along with all the other safety warnings. Best to check amps before using any weld/cutting process.

The TIG output amps can be very high (depending on the AMP knob), and a plasma torch can be burnt up. Also the HF arc will jump that short electrode and nozzle gap and could also damage the HF board as well.

The cost of a new head is nearly the cost of a new torch.
