Check the rubber power cables that cross under the machine for any gouging or rubbing, especially a soldered resistor end sticking into the cable cover as well.
But that definitely looks like that could be the issue... I am pretty certain Duncan will see this and take a service memo back to the factory.

Just put everything back together the rest look fine as in the picture all the nut are tight I put tape on the part that rubbed on the cover but it did not leave any marks on the cover showing it arcing maybe just HF.
